Terms and conditions

1. General Conditions
Passengers must follow all instructions from company staff, port officials, and boat crew.
The company reserves the right to refuse carriage without explanation if safety rules are
violated. Verbal promises not confirmed in writing by EasyGili are not valid. This contract is
subject to Indonesian law.

2. Insurance & Medical Coverage
Fast boat operators provide liability insurance according to Indonesian maritime rules.
Coverage applies to injuries or accidents during sea transportation. Insurance is valid for
passengers up to 65 years old. Younger or older passengers may need to sign a disclaimer.
The company is not responsible for pre-existing medical conditions.

3. Luggage Allowance
Each passenger may carry 2 pieces of luggage, total max 25 kg. Extra luggage may incur
additional charges. The company is not responsible for luggage damage. Valuable items
must be carried as hand luggage.

4. Cancellations & Delays
Schedules may change due to weather, sea conditions, mechanical issues, or operational
requirements. No compensation is provided for delays outside operator control.

5. Re-Scheduling
High season (June 1–Sept 30 Dec 20–Jan 5): request at least 48 hours before departure.
Regular season: at least 24 hours before departure.

6. Refund Policy
Cancellation within 48 hours → no refund.

Cancellation more than 48 hours → 50% refund.
No show → no refund.

7. Connecting Flights & Transport
Fast boats are point-to-point services. EasyGili does not guarantee flight or transport
connections. Passengers must allow enough buffer time.

8. Weather & Sea Conditions
If authorities close the harbor, departures are postponed. Passengers will be moved to the
next available departure.

9. Passenger Responsibilities
Arrive 30–40 minutes early. Provide correct booking details. Follow safety instructions. No
dangerous goods. Intoxicated passengers may be denied boarding.

10. Children & Elderly Travelers
Children must be accompanied by adults. Elderly or mobility-limited passengers should
request boarding assistance in advance.

11. Road Transportation in Bali & Lombok
EasyGili provides:
– 24/7 private airport/hotel transfers
– Shared shuttles from Ubud, Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu, Sanur
The company is not responsible for missed boats due to traffic or incorrect pickup
information.

12. Liability
EasyGili acts as a booking agency. Sea transport liability lies with boat operators. EasyGili is
not liable for lost items, weather delays, missed flights, or negligence-related injuries.

13. Free Ticket Promotions
Promotional free tickets apply only under stated conditions and cannot be combined with
other offers.

14. Acceptance of Terms
By booking with EasyGili, passengers confirm acceptance of all Terms & Conditions and
acknowledge that scheduling and routing may change for safety reasons.
